The house is ideal for families and smaller groups. Its modern industrial style is combined with cladding in world-famous Brač stone. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the spacious living room can accommodate an additional bed for two persons. Additional bed for children or an adult can also be placed in one of the bedrooms upon request. In a centrally placed atrium you can enjoy a nice view to the starry sky and play a game of chess at the hand-made stone table with a chessboard. The house also has a pantry and an additional bathroom with a washing machine. High-speed Starlink internet is available at the property. The outside area features a dining area with a grill, a large 8,5m x 4,5m swimming pool (the pool has a heating/cooling system, a geyser pump and underwater back massage), shower, terrace surrounded by pine trees with a stunning view of the sea, the village Sumartin, the island of Hvar and the rocky Biokovo mountain. Private parking is available adjacent to the house.

I am Ivana, a psychologist with an MBA degree in management. I was born and raised in Zagreb, the capitol of Croatia, but now I live on the island of Brač, only a few minutes away from the villa. I have two children, aged 3 and 5.
