Hotel Maslina originally served as an oil mill, so both outside and inside are the remains of an olive oil mill, and old stone warehouses for storing olive oil are still located on the property. The hotel was developed from this historic oil mill, which gives it a unique charm and ensures its location is tucked away from the daily hustle and bustle, making it ideal for those seeking true relaxation.
The hotel features a restaurant offering exquisite cuisine, catering to guests with a refined palate. The emphasis on the hotel's origins reflects the building's historic function and its status as a protected cultural monument.
Constructed in 1724, the building belonged to the De’Franceschi family, who settled in the area in 1669 after fleeing conflicts and established their residence in Seget. This rich history adds to the hotel's distinctive allure, offering guests not just a luxurious stay but also a glimpse into the past.
