House is located in quiet neighbourhood in the old town center far away from traffic in quiet ambience with big garden and parking lots with video surveilance. Most of the houses in the neighbourhood rent apartments so it is very tourist friendly. Different meat and fish restaurants are just 100 meters away. Very safe neighbourhood, no incidents at all.
