The story of this apartment started as a simple investment opportunity. However it soon turned into a loved pet project of mine. Living in a rented home myself for more than a decade it gave me a great pleasure to form this originally devastated apartment into a 4 stars exclusive home. Every time my kids visit it, they want to move in :) Please note, that the building is an old residential building which facade would desperately need a renovation. It should not scare you away because the apartment speaks for itself, but if not friend with steps, please be aware that there is no elevator to help your climb up to the fifth floor.

I have moved to Zadar from Hungary in 2006 and just simply love being here ever since. The friendliness of local people, the clean air, the year long availability of fresh seafood and greens from the local open air markets lift ones soul on an everyday basis.

Zadar is just a perfectly sized little town with fantastic natural beauties within easy reach and great restaurants and bars to hang around. Don't get scared away by the outside of the building, it is quite old already. But the apartment is a hidden gem inside :)
