Hi, my name is Jerka. I live in Bol with my family. We have been renting our apartments for a few years now. Since we welcomed many guests over the years, we believe we know what guests generally need when on vacation. That are 3 things, great service, clean and fully equipped apartments. Family house with 4 apartments. There are 2 apartments on the ground floor(one studio and one with 1 bedroom) and 2 new apartments(with 2 bedrooms) on the first floor. We have a shared BBQ on the ground floor where you can prepare your favorite meals. Woods for the BBQ are included. The house is located only 1 minute from the market, 2 minutes from the restaurant and 5 minutes from the center, and the closest beach. You do not need to bring your sheets, towels, hairdryer, iron, basic condiments, soap, we got you covered. Baby travel bed and high chair are available free of charge(upon request). We always want to make it easier for our guests with their arrival, so if you book your vacation at our house, we will send you detailed information on how to find us when you are in Bol. Also, if you need help with various facilities and places you should visit we are here for you. As our guests, you have a 10% discount on boat excursions(Blue Cave), boat rentals, car rentals, scooter and bike rentals, kayaks, and SUPs.

The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by nature, and still only a 5-minute walk to the center and beaches. The closest market(Studenac) for groceries is only a minute from the house and the closest restaurant is only 2 minutes. Bol is a small town and everything is within walking distance, especially from our house. If you are planning to arrive by catamaran, the catamaran pier is only 5 minute walk from our house and the bus station is 9 minutes. The Famous Zlatni Rat beach is located a bit out of Bol. In case you want to walk, it will take you around 30 minutes or 10 minutes by car. You have various parking spots above Zlatni Rat, so be careful and search for those for around 7,00 euro per day. To get there, you can also take a taxi boat or tourist train from the center for 4 euro per person.
