My house is in a very quiet area, only 15 min walk to the town center. We have 2 apartments which are above us. The backyard has beautiful swimming pool and also a grill with table and benches, surrounded with greenery, where guests can relax and enjoy themselves while making the BBQ. By the main gate there is a free parking for all the guests.

I'm a very communicative person and enjoy chatting to all my guests with I hope that they feel at home while staying at my apartments. I'm constantly at home, so if the guests need me for anything or any information they require, I'm always on stand by.

My neighborhood is in a quiet area, and the street behind the house hasn't much traffic. Within 300 m from my house is adrenaline park, tennis, table-tennis, football and mini-golf courts. Within 200 m from my house is beach where you can rent sea-parachute and other water activities (water-skiing, water-park and etc.). There is also a diving school in the near distance. Mini market and shopping center are all within walking distance. 2 streets below there is a small train and mini bus that goes to town and from town. About 5 minutes walk from my house there is a pub and various cocktail-bars which is very interesting for younger people.
