Newly built modern 3 bedroom apartment in the center of Bol. This top-quality air-conditioned apartment(72 square meters) accommodates up to 6 people and it is located in a renovated house. It consists of two bedrooms with super king-size beds(200x180) and one bedroom with two single beds(200x90). Each bedroom has a wardrobe and SAT-TV. There is a living room area that has a large sofa with SAT-TV and WiFi, a dining area with a table that can be extended for 6 people, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances(dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and a kettle) and utensils you might need. The apartment has two full bathrooms, of which one is en suite and one has a washing machine. To top it all off, the best feature of our apartment is the outside area, with a table and chairs for 6 and a summer kitchen with an electric grill and a refrigerator. There is also a ceiling fan to make the hot summer days a bit easier. Since the house is located in the center, the parking is not possible in front, but we have a private parking space only 120 meters away. The apartment has built-in air purifiers so you have that fresh air feeling all the time.

My name is Boro and I used to live in Bol when I was younger. However, life took me in a different direction and I moved away. Despite this, I always found myself returning to Bol over the years, renting apartments and visiting this colorful small town. Eventually, I decided to buy a house and got the idea to offer others the chance to experience the same feeling I had every time I visited. My wife Angelika and I decided to rent out our apartment. As avid travelers, we believe that we understand what most people need when they are on vacation, so we have implemented those ideas in our apartment. We will be there to welcome you to the house, but all communication will be handled by Matea, who will provide you with all the necessary details about the apartment and everything else you might need. Our house is situated on the western side of Bol, in close proximity to the shaded promenade that leads to the renowned Zlatni Rat beach. The nearest beach is only a minute away, while the town center and restaurant can be reached in 3 minutes and the market in 6 minutes. To get to the famous Zlatni Rat beach, you can either take a 17-minute walk or catch a tourist train from the bus station or a taxi boat from the center. If you are arriving by car, there is a parking lot above the beach available for around 7,00 EUR per day.
