Villa Mandria Apartment Exclusive open space apartment with all comforts and modern design, 53 m2, completely renovated, comfortable and with all facilities. It is situated on the first floor of the Austro-Hungarian Villa Mandria in the centre of Opatija. Categorization: four stars **** (De Luxe Plus). Villa Mandria Apartment has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is completely equipped with all household appliances and cutlery for 4 persons (dish washer, stove, range hood, oven, coffee-machine...). Air-condition (heating and cooling), LCD TV, satellite antenna, free wireless Internet, washing machine, safe. The bathroom has a modern rain shower for total body relaxation. Queen bedroom with quality mattress offers intimacy and silence for a perfect sleep. The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and decorated with designers’ details. Free parking.
My name is Ervin, by profession I am a fisiotherapist and I work in tourism. I love meeting new people, make friends, share experiences, and I want to be guests in my apartment feel like at home. I like when people around me happy because for me it is the richness of life are good people around me.
In front of the Villa there is a park were you can relax and enjoy a nice view. In the vicinity of the apartment (150 m) there are all necessities: bank, exchange office, restaurants, shops, public transport, beaches, sports, urgent medical aid unit, pharmacy etc. The closest beach is around 50 meters from the apartment. You can go to the sandy beach Lido, the main city beach Slatina or rocky inlets along the centennial Lungomare - 12 km long coastal promenade from Volosko to Lovran, passing through the centre of Opatija. Morning strolls with first rays of sun or evening sunset recreation are some of suggestions for a perfect holiday in Opatija in every season. Discover why Lungomare is considered one of the most beautiful promenades in Europe! Villa Mandria Apartment will be your second home during your holiday and it is ideal for guests who come to Opatija for business (on a congress, specialists meetings, business meetings and so on).
