Please note that for all non-refundable bookings, the total amount of room rate (including service charge) will be charged at the time of booking. Any cancellation or modifications in any kind to booking are non-negotiable and subjected to a non-refundable policy.

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in and for the payment to the hotel. The name on the credit card must match the guest’s name for checking in. The credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in for verification. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to deny the booking and collect the payment from the guest (in cash or another new credit card) in order to activate the booking again and hotel shall refund the previous collected payment.

The hotel reserves the right to release the booking by 16:00 (Hong Kong Local time) without prior notice if no valid credit card or authorisation letter and the copy of credit card received for third party bookings.

Please note that children or teenagers under 18 years old must be accompanied by adults when staying at mini hotel Central.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.

A damage deposit of HK$ 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
