In-room spa services are available and the reserve also has a functional art installation ‘Vaho’ which is a sauna with the best erupting volcano and valley outlook available.

The reserve offers transport services including airport and long distance options and also offers a porter service and local taxi shuttle service. Other services include laundry and housekeeping and the reserve also offers weekly and long-term rates.

Due to our mountain terrain and uneven paths around the reserve, we are not suitable for extremely unfit guests or guests with walking difficulties.
