BRIGHT MODERN APARTMENT! Great location! Industrial feel apartment, lots of light, nicely decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Wifi and smartTV in each room. Two full bathrooms, spacious closets and great outdoor terrace. The building has great amenities, like a swimming pool and gym, spa, sauna, private meeting rooms and coworking spaces. Underground room and wine cellar (wines available for purchase). Walking distance to Cayalá, where you can find lots of restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
As an AirBnB host, I will try my best to make your stay a memorable, comfortable and pleasant experience. Make sure you contact me to ensure fast communication throughout your stay. I wll be available mainly through Airbnb and Whatsapp. I live close by, so I can get by if needed.
The neighborhood is an upbringing neighborhood, with lots of entertainment, dining and shopping to offer. Uber is readily available at all times.
