Spacious, greatly located modern apartment fully renovated in May 2022, by the sea side road of Alexandroupolis, where all the taverns are located. Walking distance 5 minutes to city center, 4 minutes to the beach 2 minutes to the nearest super market. One of the best spots in the city of Alexandroupolis. Parking around the neighbourhood streets or to an open city parking 4 minutes walk.
