On the ground floor there is an independent studio which consists of an open plan living, kitchen area, a bathroom and a bedroom. The outdoor area consists of a pool, children's pool, jacuzzi and private parking for up to two cars. Ideal for families and friends, comfortably hosting up to eight people in its four bedrooms. Also, an outdoor area with a pool and barbeque for entertainment.
