We are glad to welcome you to Villa nona Maria, an architectural jewel, surrounded by a flower-filled garden in the tranquility of the village of Minies, in the heart of of Cephalonia, next to Argostoli (10' drive) and close to the sandy beaches of the southern coast of the island (10' drive). The spacious 300 square meter Villa overlooks the coastline of the island through wide windows, large verandas, terraces and patios offering an iconic view to the sea. It can host easily 5 people (2 extra foldable beds are available) and it is ideal for exploring Cephalonia and its natural beauty. Or 3 people in the self contained 1 bedroom guesthouse that has it’s own kitchenette, bathroom and living room.

Not long ago, we exchanged the pulse of city life for an island rhythm—where sea and sunlight set the pace, and olive trees whisper in the breeze. What was once a distant dream has become our everyday view: mornings that begin in crystal waters, evenings that linger over the scent of grilled fish and the glow of local wine. If you’d like to explore the island’s renowned vineyards, I’d be happy to share a few nearby gems—two of the finest are just a short drive away.

Argostoli, the capital of the island, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and its vibrant life is just 10' by car. The majority of the south coast beaches are usually within 10'-20' reach. Guest who want to explore the island can also reach the majority of some of the other famous beaches like Myrtos, Petani or Xi beach within less than an hour. Argostoli and the nearby villages provide many options in terms of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and bars. Two of the best wineries are within a 10' drive. I am always available to suggest you places.
