In the hydromassage Jacuzzi of the Villa visitors can enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating experience with breathtaking views of the sea and nature. Outdoor furniture and comfortable sunbeds are also available for beautiful tranquil moments during day to night. With a garden full of colorful flowers, fragrant herbs, big olive and pine trees and stone paths with stairs, we welcome you to Villa Mare Syros. The sea view harmoniously complements this natural landscape, in which the visitor can enjoy from the outdoor dining area and the wooden sunbeds of the garden. BBQ facilities, outdoor shower and private lock up garage are also some of the facilities included. With love and respect for the environment, we renovated Villa Mare Syros, into a green holiday residence as the entire perimeter of the house is fully insulated, while the windows are double glazed. The whole villa is air-conditioned by a water heat pump, a solar collector is used for the hot water, while at the same time there is also a photovoltaic station. All electrical devices are characterized by high energy efficiency and for the lighting of the building LED lamps are used.

Foinikas village is a picturesque coastal village located on the island of Syros in Greece. The village is a popular destination for tourists who are looking for a peaceful and authentic Greek experience. In Foinikas village there is an organized marina for the yachts and excellent bar-restaurants right by the sea such as Ora Baresto, Calmo Mare, Filomila, Bao Bab which offers from the morning delicious breakfast, brunches and traditional Greek food with gourmet touches while taking in the beautiful views of the Aegean Sea. Ntanos Bakery and Pastries with freshly baked bread and snacks every day and Athimaritis pastry shop with amazing sweets. In the village there are also Super Market ‘’Kritikos’’, Bank’s ATM and a gas station shop. Near the beach of Foinikas, is Voulgaris beach and just 1km far the Agathopes beach. While if you want to explore the deceptive northern beaches of Syros, then you should board to Perla speedboat that departs daily from the small port of Kini for the beaches Aetos, Barbarousa, Lia, Marmari, Gria Spilia and Grammata.
