Ideal for gathering with friends and family.Villa Detoro is a two floor villa in Chania and it covers 200m2. The outdoors space icludes a 2000m2 area with a free private parking, large green garden with flowers, trees, BBQ and a 30m2 swimming pool for adults with hydromassage and a small one for the kids. Entering the villa you will find a stylish living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, WC and a large veranda with view to the pool and the lush garden. On the first floors there are 3 comfortable bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite bathroom and a veranda with view to the sea and the amazing sunset. And the other two with double beds and balcony with view to White Mountains. Every bedroom has aircondition, TV and wardrobe.
The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood of Kampani village which is close to the airport and the sandy beach of Kalathas and the famous Stavros beach.11 kilometers from the house is the beach of Saitan port, 12 kilometers the beaches of Marathi and Loutraki. 10 kilometer from the villa is the exquisitely beautiful old Venetian port of Chania with luxurious restaurants, traditional taverns, bars, clubs, quiet four-story streets and the famous lighthouse of Chania.
Νext to the villa there is a mini market and 2 kilometers away there is the settlement of kounoupidiana with a supermarket, bank, restaurants, taverns, gas station etc. also in the neighborhood there is a great park with a playground, ping pong tables and a cafe-tavern.
