Villa Afroditi and the adjacent Villa Eva are situated on the southwest coast of Kea, a stone’s through away from the bay of Ligia, with one of the nicest sandy beaches on the island. For those seeking more adventure, 1 klm away lies the beach of Koundouraki, the center for water sports and scuba diving and next to it the cosmopolitan beach of Koundouros with a beach bar and restaurants. The house, facing west, boasts one of the most fascinating sunsets on the island.
Both guest houses are totally independent and are located on the ground floor of a two storey summer house. The upper level is occupied by the Athenian owners whose rational was to create a holiday home suitable of accommodating as many friends and family as possible but still retaining their privacy.
Guest house Aphrodite, covering a total area of 60 s.m. in one level, is suitable for a couple or a small family. It encompasses a master bedroom with a bathroom and in one space a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living area with two built in sofas where two children can sleep.
