Located in the Best spot if you want to stay in Pothia, the capital of Kalymnos island! It's at the new part of the harbour, across beautiful Kasonia beach, 2 minutes walking from the Dock of the ships and Ferry, and walking distance from the platia, Gefyra and Therma beach, and with an amazing view of harbour and the boats that come in and out. There is always parking space available, and the street is not a busy one. The Villa is a stone built traditional mansion that was fully renovated with love and meraki!! It has two balconies with an amazing view of all the harbour and Kasonia beach! Watching the ferry docking is a magnificent sight. Fully equipped with everything so you can feel like home , and with anatomical mattresses to enjoy even your sleep! All rooms have a/c, WiFi and there's 3 TVs , 1 in each double bedroom and one in the living room.

Hi! Our names are Manoli and Maria, we are a couple that have 2 kids, and have a tourist shop in Masouri area! We both love our island, but when we have time , we like to travel also! So, we know first hand how important it is for the overall experience of visiting a foreign place, the location and the comfort of what you will consider home there!! We purchased this beautiful traditional stone built mansion in 2023, and we renovated it with love and meraki, and with the intention to stay there with our 2 children!! Besides the amazing location which provides easiness and a beautiful view of the harbour, the house it self will provide you with the comfort and feeling that will make your stay in our unique island unforgetable!! A spacious quiet neighbourhood, with some local fresh vegetable & fruit vendors near by, and Glaropouli beach taverna where you can enjoy your meze with ouzo, your coffee or your cold beer while sitting at the beach!!
