Fully furnished apartment (140sqm) on the 2nd floor of a two storey building. It includes 2 double air conditioned bedrooms, air conditioned living room with fireplace and an independent office, free WIFI, autonomous heating, 2 W/C (1 ensuite) and a balcony with view. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood in the center of chios, within walking distance from all main spots of the town. More speifically it is located in:
i. 10 minutes distance on foot from the port (700m / Aigaiou Avenue) where many cafes and restaurants are situated,
ii. 7 minutes distance on foot from archeological museum of Chios (500m).
iii. 9 minutes distance on foot from the closer beach (600m / Livanou street).
iii. 10 minutes distance on foot from the central buildings of University of Aegean (700m).
iv. 15 minutes distance on foot from the town's central shopping center (1km / Aplotarias street).
