I am Alexis, the owner of Wind Tales and the person in charge of the guesthouse itself. I am always there for my guests from the welcome-pick up until the friendly check out. I speak English and French fluently. I believe that i know the island better than anyone, so I always try to give out the information that fits your needs. I am a traveller myself and I understand your needs. My friendly, human and relaxing approach to your stay will make the difference to your experience. Wind Tales is a perfect destination for foreign tourists. It is located in the heart of the medieval town of Ano Syros. Its breathtaking panoramic view is facing towards a big part of complex of Cyclades Island and the city of Hermoupolis. The rooms are part of building dated in 12th century and was totally renovated in 2000. The pampering that we offer to our guests and the privacy of our property are our main privileges. Wind Tales is located in Ano Syros, the medieval old town of Syros Island, the capital of the Cyclades complex of islands. Ano Syros is the 'catholic' hill and is full of small alleys. From the entrance of the town you need a 3 minute walk to the guesthouse. It is a totally silent neighbourhood you will honestly just hear the birds and every small noise from very far. Near Wind Tales, 1 min of walking you will have a small traditional cafe. 5 min walking distance there is the piazza, where all the shops, tavernas and light night life are. Explore and get lost in our small alleys, we strongly recommend this memorable feeling.
