The house is located in the center of Niborios Bay and features a private swimming area. The veranda and bedrooms face the sunrise, offering stunning views of the peaceful surroundings, far from the noise of the city. This is an ideal spot for those who appreciate tranquility, allowing you to wake up to the sound and sight of the sea through your windows. It's a perfect place for relaxation and swimming. We will meet you at the harbor upon your arrival and take you to the house using the residence's speedboat (additional charge will apply). More details regarding your transfer from the port to the house will be provided via message as your arrival date approaches. Please note that when booking for two guests, the second bedroom is available for an additional charge. We are pleased to welcome you with two bottles of water and a plate of fresh fruit.

It also features the ancient ruins of the fortifications of Parapontida, which was the commercial port of ancient Symi. At the foot of these ruins is Villa Calme. Nimborios is characterized by its crystal-clear waters, calm sea, and tranquility throughout the day. Access to the settlement is via a coastal road, which is popular among trekking enthusiasts visiting the island. It is located just 2.7 kilometers from Symi harbor, making it a 20-minute walk along the scenic coast, or a short drive by car or motorbike. Additionally, the residence offers a speedboat service for an extra charge.
