The property is located outside the settlement, it is surrounded by nature and is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. The last part of the road to arrive at the accommodation, one kilometer long, is a dirt road. The location is ideal for cycling in the surrounding area, for this purpose 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. By bicycle it is possible to access the surrounding villages and the nearest beach. Horse riding is also available upon reservation. The house is located on a property of a total size of one acre with olive trees and many other trees! Freely cut fruit from the different types of trees which are all organic. In the garden there is a barbecue facility, a hammock, as well as a seating area in three different places to relax depending on the time of day.

The house is 10 km away (15 minutes) by car or motorbike from the city of Mytilene. At a distance of 1 km there is a village with a mini market and a pharmacy. At a distance of 12 km from the house is the traditional village of Agiasos known for ceramics, wood carving and picturesque alleys with traditional cafes. At a distance of only 6 km is "Therma", the natural thermal springs overlooking the gulf of Gera. An ideal spot for moments of relaxation. At a distance of 24 km is Tarti beach with its special natural beauty and taverns that offer fine food by the sea. At a distance of 28 km is the picturesque Plomari, famous for its ouzo and the spotless beach of Agios Isidoros.
