Staying in KEA is a relaxing getaway. KEA is the westernmost inhabited island of the Cyclades and the closest to ATTICA, just 2 hours from Athens airport. Despite this asset, Kéa is still sheltered from mass tourism. “Serenity Maisonnette” (58 m2 – 2 floors) offers: - free beach 200 m away with huts and benches, tavern, children's play area and kiosk 400 m away; - Access by paved road, 22 small steps from the private parking lot (2 spaces) to the house. - Garden + Sea view terrace - 4 people max: 3 or 4 adults or 1 couple and 2 children (2 max) wo are welcome from 4 years old. Pets allowed if they do not stay cooped up all day because the house is adjoining. - Nap times are respected (2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.), as well as after 10:00 p.m. - On the ground floor: 1 kitchenette (+ washing machine), 1 bathroom with shower and toilets, dining room, 1 small living room + convertible sofa 140 x 200 . On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom + 1 living room + 1 bathroom + balcony with sea view. ​

We are French but have lived in Greece for a very long time. Otzias immediately charmed us with its calm, its bay and the omnipresent nature. We practice winter swimming and hiking. If you like calm, nature, hiking, meditation, swimming, sailing or diving, welcome to Otzias, a true paradise!

The local stone architecture allows the houses to blend into the landscape. The area is quiet and suitable for couples - or families - wishing to rest and reconnect with nature, close to the sea (3 minutes on foot). In Otzias, we also have 2 organized beaches, 400m from the house, with a kiosk (drinks & icecreams), a playground, 2 delicious tavernas and a cafeteria on the seafront. The bay is lined with trees where there's often space to park your car, even in the shade (if you're lucky!). There is a free beach at the church of Agios Giorgos, lined with trees with benches and straw huts (3-minute walk from the house). Nearby: the Monastery of the Virgin in Kastriani (6 km) on the wild coast. 3 km away, Vourkari, for "nightlife": marina with seafood restaurants, pizzeria, bars, cafeterias, ice cream shop, sailboats, yachts and boat rental, cash distributor and various clothing stores. 6 km away, Korissia, main port: grill houses, cafes, bakeries, 4 supermarkets open late every day, pizzeria, butcher, cellar, delicious local cuisine to take away, post office and computer store.
