We finished our apartments in summer of 2017. We have built them using all new technologies and design to give to our guests the best stay! They are 3 similar type apartments including 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen. They have a total area between 73-80 sq. meters and are for 4 people to 6 (maximum). Also there is a ranch for some special circumstances. We built them mainly for summer-vacations use. But they are also capable and for colder days! We named them ''Rhodon House'' (Sea view) and ''RhodonHouseSkathos'' (Mountain & road view). A special feature of the apartment ''RhodonHouseSkathos'' (Mountain & road view) is that you can park your car very close to it. Very convenient for people with walking disability. The ''Rhodon House'' (Sea view) apartments are opposite the sea with a magnificent view! Furthermore they have very good noise & thermal insulation so if you close all the windows & door they are very quiet & there is no need to have all the time the air condition running! Very beautiful internal architecture and family friendly apartments! Rhodon House is near to bus station No 4 and in touch with ELIN fuel station. Also there is an ATM macnine.

Our neighborhood is in one of the most beautiful places in Skiathos Island. It combines the benefits of to be out of the city, in front of the sea and inside olive trees, at the same time you are 10 minutes’ walk of the town center (20 minutes of the port)! Our apartments are on the main road Skiathos-Koukounaries, (so is very easy to drive to every destination in the island and it is easy to find them) and these are in 80m distance from the sea of ‘’Megali Ammos’’ beach! A very well organized beach with all usual facilities (water ski, parachute, boat rent, beach bars etc.) Also there are all the stores and facilities someone needs, in a very close distance! (Supermarkets, Restaurants, Bars, Sea sports, Banks, Petrol station, bus station) Also there is an ATM machine outside of our apartments! The road Skiathos-Koukounaries (island's main road) is a few meters outside of your...door!
