Luxury apartments (renovated 2021) in the centre of Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia, for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Please note that this type of rental (short term rental) does not include cleaning services during the stay. Accommodation is ready and clean at check in.
Communication can be made to provide new linen and towels, toilet paper, and taking the rubbish.
The balcony does not include sitting area.

The apartments are located in the center of Argostoli, next to the market with bakeries, grocery stores, butchers and supermarkets. Bus station, taxi station, public parking station are nearby.
With five minutes walk you reach the De Bosset bridge and Koutavos lagoon and the coastal zone with the paved area where fishing boats stop with the attraction of the turtles, or the pedestrian street of Lithostroto with all the shops, the Bell square and the Catholic church.
The accommodation is subject to a short-term rental and the cleaning service is not allowed (free cleaning items are provided upon request).
The balconies do not have a seating area, they are used for clothesline.
