On The Rocks opened its doors in 2010 as a small, family run business. Since then we have grown into a complex of holiday Villas. Our newest addition is the Pebbles, completed in 2023 they are our highest specification villas to date. Our purpose is to provide our guests with memories to treasure for years to come, we strive to provide the best service possible, and are here to attend to any of your needs in order to make sure your stay with us is a truly unforgettable experience. It makes us very happy that all of our guests have given us positive feedback, and we pride ourselves in the knowledge that many of them choose to return every year.

The Main House is a serviced, luxury villa with a private raised infinity pool, a large garden and breathtaking sunset and sea views. The villa is perfect for a large family or holidays with friends, it can accommodate up to 10 people in four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen-diner, living room and laundry facilities. The Main House as with all our villas is set in the beautiful On The Rocks compound with access to our large beautiful gardens, its own secluded and private barbecue fully equipped with a traditional wood fire pizza oven and a multitude of beautiful outdoor seating areas with outstanding views of the sea and sunset. The Pebble is our highest specification villa, with panoramic windows and breathtaking sea views, set in its own private garden with a private internal courtyard and shared infinity pool overlooking the beautiful Valmas beach. The villas are perfect for a small family, couples and for those, who prefer more privacy while still being a part of a larger group. Each Pebble has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open plan kitchen-lounge space, a garden, an internal courtyard and a private entrance. The swimming and BBQ area is shared between the two villas. Comfortable king beds with adjustable mattress firmness, high quality bed linens make sure you get the perfect nights rest and provided blankets, towels, robes and beauty essentials means you can pack lighter and still feel pampered. The kitchen is also complete with glassware, tableware and cutlery; essential cooking utensils and equipment; a kettle; a Nespresso coffee maker; dishwasher; refrigerator; hob and oven. All our villas are fully serviced daily by our lovely team.

On The Rocks offers a remote and peaceful location while being close to the main town of Ios, famous for its vivid nightlife, great cocktail bars and restaurants. Our villas are situated just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful, secluded Valmas beach and about 15 minutes walk from Chora, the main town of Ios. The port is also nearby and can be accessed through a couple of picturesque paths making it a perfect spot for a coffee or lunch. Main points of interest: Valmas - 300m Chora - 1km Port - 1.3km Mylopotas beach - 1.4km With breathtaking panoramic sea views, we overlook the port entrance and the island of Sikinos.
