The fourth-floor roof-top houses the huge terrace with its breath-taking panoramic view. From here guests can look down not only on the whole of Hermoupolis and the harbour, but also to Ano Syros, the ancient medieval town on the hill above Hermoupolis and to the panoply of the Cyclades, from the island of Tinos to Mykonos, Delos, Paros and Naxos. Steps and exclusively pedestrian areas surround the building, so that guests are not disturbed by the noise of motorbikes and cars. Please, notice that there is no lift inside the building. In case of guests travelling with heavy luggage, we advise to take a taxi from the port in order to drive within some minutes to the hotel without carrying their suitcases uphill over steps. Ermoupolis is the main town on the island of Syros. The hotel is slightly elevated and surrounded by stairs. It is also accessible by car. It is only a 5-minute walk from the central town hall square and a 7-10-minute walk from the harbour and the harbour promenade, where you will find cafés, stylish restaurants, traditional tavernas and shops of all kinds. The harbour is also the central stop for the island buses that drive to the beaches every half hour during summer time (an average of 20 minutes by bus). The old town of Ano Syros can be reached either by stairs in 20 minutes or by car/taxi in 5 minutes.
