Our villa is brand new, located just 200m from the closest beach, peaceful setting within greenery, amazing seaviews, close to all amenities of Lekfada town! Villa Anthos is one of the three villas in the Akra Zouanna villas complex. This is a 2-bedroom/2.5 bathroom modern and stylish villa with private pool which can accommodate up to 6 if there are two kids in the party. The villa is spread into two floors. The upper floor features the parking area, pool and other common areas level. This floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, sitting room with fireplace and extra wc, outdoor built in BBQ, outdoor shower, and an infinity pool of 36sq.m. (dimensions 4m x 9m, depth from 1.10m to 1.55m). The lower floor hosts the two bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, one of which has a king size bed which can split to form two single ones.

Peacefulness and quietness all around, close to two beaches (Agios Ioannis and Krioneri) and overlooking a huge olive grove at the outskirts of Lefkada town. The wider area is within lush greenery, which is still virgin, undestroyed by human touch, with mainly low rise houses and villas scattered around the olive grove. A traditional restaurant and cafes are within walking distance from the villa, at the seaside. The area is also a paradise for watersports, namely windsurfing and kitesurfing. Agios Ioannis is a blue flag beach, supervised by 2 lifeguards (10am-6pm). There is plenty of parking space next to the villa
