Sav & Leo Mindful Residences is a collection of two newly built villas designed as a quiet, boutique-style retreat. Set in a peaceful, secluded location and surrounded by olive-covered hills, the villas offer a relaxed sense of privacy and comfort, shaped by thoughtful design rather than excess. The interiors follow a Japandi-inspired aesthetic, combining natural materials, soft neutral tones, and carefully selected furniture. Particular attention has also been given to lighting, with abundant natural daylight complemented by warm, indirect internal and external illumination that creates a calm and inviting atmosphere throughout the day and into the evening. Each villa has its own private entrance and on-site parking, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and well-designed outdoor areas. The residences can be booked together or separately.

Akrotiri is a coastal peninsula just east of Chania, offering a quieter setting while remaining within easy reach of the old town and harbor. It is composed of small residential villages and open countryside, with several beaches and small bays along the coastline. Guests can easily combine short drives into Chania for sightseeing and dining with relaxed days by the sea. Across Akrotiri there are local tavernas, cafés, and beach bars, as well as everyday services such as supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies in the main villages. The area also includes historic monasteries, viewpoints, and simple walking paths, giving guests modest options for light exploration. Overall, it is a low-key area focused on nature and local life rather than nightlife.
