Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά στο κέντρο του χωριού. Η θάλασσα είναι μόλις 1' λεπτό με τα πόδια και είναι κατάλληλη για κολύμπι και ψάρεμα. Ιδανικά είναι κατά μήκος της προκυμαίας ο περίπατος ή η ποδηλασία . Δύο βήματα δίπλα από το διαμέρισμα υπάρχει μεγάλο τοπικό super market . Σε κοντινές αποστάσεις με πόδια υπάρχουν καλές παραλίες , καφετέριες , εστιατόρια , αγορά και η όμορφη πόλη Ιτέα.
