A brand new stone-built home (June, 2024) with one bedroom including a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower! It has a fully equipped kitchen, seating area with a convertible sofa bed where 2 more guests can be accommodated, and an extra toilet with shower. It comes with a very spacious veranda with an infinite view of the valley horizon, outdoor sitting area, outdoor shower and a hot tub to relax with the sounds of nature around you!
The property is located at Livadia area of Zephyria village! Zephyria was constituted the first main town center of the island, and its center is about 3km away, where you can find a nice tavern, the historical church of Panagia Portiani, which was formerly a cathedral, and it is dedicated to the Assumption of Mary, and it dates from the 17th century. Also, the beautiful beaches of Paliochori and Agia Kyriaki are a short drive away (5-7 min.) The Airport in 6km (8min drive) and Adamas port is in 8km distance (10 min drive)! In Adamas you will find all kind of stores (supermarket, souvenir stores, ticket offices, rental agencies, etc)
