A stone-built residence in the centre of Chora that retains all the original elements of its traditional architecture. The house is developed on two levels and has an internal and external staircase. It is fully renovated and equipped. A welcoming courtyard overlooking Chora is situated at the front of the property for moments of relaxation on the built-in bench or wooden armchairs, with table, parasols and built-in barbecue. Languages spoken Greek, English. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace (wooden), an internal wooden staircase connecting the ground floor with the first floor, a comfortable and equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is the bedroom with ac, communal sitting area, WC and a small veranda overlooking Chora. In the kitchen there is cooking and serving equipment, dishwasher and kettle. In the main bedroom there is air conditioning. A table, floor fan, a children's playpen, TV, electric iron and ironing board, washing machine are also available. In the courtyard you will find a table with chairs, a sofa with comfortable pillows and two parasols to protect you from the sun, and the barbecue.

Guests have access to all parts of the house. You can easily arrange your belongings in the wardrobes and drawers marked with "a smile" for guests.We are available when needed by phone or e-mail. Special arrangements conserning arrivals , if necessary, can be made after consultation with the visitor.

The house is located within walking distance of Chora's shops - cafes, bars, grocery stores, restaurants / taverns, folk art and gift shops, traditional local products, health center and free public parking and depending on the time of day, the visitor can find parking very close to the house.
