I am a Professional Chef born on the island of Kefalonia and I am the second generation at Kanakis Aparments. With many years of experience in fine dining restaurants and luxury Hotels around the world I returned to host Kanakis guests and cook for them on my island by evaluating every raw material of Kefalonia. With respect of nature and focusing on sustainability my clear goal its just making Kanakis visitors as passionate as me for hospitality and local gastronomy. My philosophy is based on Greek hospitality and the main goal is to create unforgettable memories, unique moments and wide smiles.

Assos attracts visitors with lush forests, turquoise waters, colourful homes, and vibrant flowering foliage. The visit to the castle requires a long walk uphill amoung olive tree forests until you reach an archway.
