Situated in the heart of Ioannina, this exclusive hotel offers fine dining, luxurious and elegant accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Free WiFi is available throughout. Grand Serai Congress and Spa rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and a TV. Guests can start the day with a complimentary breakfast.
