Beside accommodation, the Gera’s Olive Grove property features a beautiful estate capable of hosting various types of events. More specifically, the charming 300 sq. m main House, built and furnished according to the local style of the area, together with the naturally exquisite olive-tree grounds are designed to impress and inspire any guest who envisions a memorable & truly organized event.
In the property’s olive groves is produced the magnificent “Elaionas tis Gera’s” virgin olive oil using the cold press and alternative farming methods (no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or other harmful substances. Guests can taste our olive oil and buy it if they really like it.
In our welcoming area you will also meet our four-legged friends who coexist harmoniously with us.
Our cats that you find sitting lazily in the warmest spots and enjoying the sunlight. As soon as they see a new visitor, our dogs start a little dance of joy with their tails. Shining eyes and a “welcome” without words.
And somewhere further on the edge of the estate, you will see two inseparable friends wandering around, the donkey and the horse. They are very friendly and social. If you feed them (always with a little attention) you can be sure that they will eagerly await you every time, recognizing the familiar caress. This is something that makes children thrilled - and makes adults feel like children.

- Visit Vranas Olive Press Museum in Papados village.
- Visit two of the most beautifull beaches of the island with tirquaz waters,Tarti & Agios Isidoros (Plomari).
- Visit the stone built ex bakery in Mesagros village which depicts a mural made by Theofilos painter. The mural’s dimension is 3.60 x 3.50 m, dates back to 1930s and represents scenes of bread’s history.
- Visit the catacomb of Saint Magdalene’s church in Skopelos village(Gera)
- Walk along the streets of Gera’s villages (Perama, Papados, Plakados, Mesagros, Palaiokipos) and admire some impressive mansions and industrial buildings (ex-tannery facilities, olive oil warehouses, soap making factory).
- Take a peaceful stroll through the charming village of Mesagros and visit the remains of its historic mosque. Though only ruins stand today, the site still holds a special charm and quiet beauty. Look closely at the top of the minaret— inside the metal crescent, you’ll notice a cross. Tradition says that when the mosque was being built, it get ruined again because it was built on the ruins of an old church of Saint Ioannis. To ennoble the Christian Saints, they added the metal cross.
