Built in a plot of land that gently slopes down towards the 'big blue' of the Aegean sea, they offer stunning sea and countryside views. Olive and pine trees is the commanding vegetation in this part of the island. We have planted our land with respect to the surrounding nature in order to create a unique combination of colours and light. The result can only be appreciated if you visit our land in person - even the pictures underrate reality! Elies 1 is co-located with a 'sister' house, Elies 2; they both offer the same high standard and spotlessly clean accommodation and are ideal for rent by 2 friendly families (each house accommodates up to a family of 5) - but also perfectly suitable for rent by separate groups/ families/ couples, as the houses are designed to be completely independent from one another. Both Houses share a 60 sqm swimming pool with a shallow end perfect for children, and a Jacuzzi. The interior design is spotless and creates a highly aesthetic result.

Ideally located for quick and easy access to all beaches and villages of Skopelos, Elies Houses are on the southern part of the island, above Limnonari beach and just off the main road. All the best beaches of the island are within a few minutes drive from our location: - Limnonari Beach (5 mins), Agnontas (5 mins), Panormos (9 mins), Stafilos (10 mins) Milia (13 mins), Kastani (14 mins). The main village of the island (Skopelos town, or 'chora') is also within 10 mins drive - while the second largest village (Glossa) is 25 mins.
