In Valtos beach, in front of the house, there are organised swimming and water-sports facilities (not included to the price of the house) and several seaside cafe-restaurants. There are also taxi-boats to hire to various scenic beaches of the area and the port of Parga, which is accesable in a 5-minutes drive .
