Castellorizon Pensione is a recently renovated three storey heritage building that provides five large modern guest rooms with separate private bathroom ensuites. The name inspired by the British guitarist and singer David Gilmour of Pink Floyd that in 2006 released his 3rd album with its first track called ”Castellorizon” after he spent time on the island and was so touched by the experience that he based a song on this. The song received two nominations for the Best Rock Instrumental Performance at the next Grammy Awards.

Castellorizon Pensione is located a five minute walk on the harbour front promenade from the Kastellorizo port a whisker away from Kastellorizo harbour water front. It is nestled within the old Italian quarters in a genuine Greek island village environment.
Guest rooms located on Levels 1 and 2 are accessible via a secure stairway equipped with handrails. Guest rooms located on Levels 4 and 5 contain mezzanine areas with additional beds, which are accessible by a securely fastened ladder. Appropriate warning signage is displayed in these areas.

While all reasonable care has been taken to ensure the safety of guests using the stairway, mezzanine levels, and ladders, Castellorizon Pensione does not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury, death, loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of these access ways, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Release and Indemnity:
By making payment for the booking, the guest(s) acknowledge and accept that they use the stairway, ladders, and mezzanine areas at their own risk and agree not to make any claim against Castellorizon Pensione in relation to any injury, loss, or damage suffered in connection with such use. Guests further agree to indemnify and hold Castellorizon Pensione harmless from any claims arising out of or in connection with their use of these areas, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
