The apartment is in the quiet neighborhood of Nea Zoi, just 4 km from the city center. (10 minutes by car). The location is ideal as it is at the entrance of Ioannina’s ring road, towards the direction to Zagori villages and only 300m from city’s international Airport. The apartment is 35 square meters, recently renovated and is located on the ground floor of a family-owned building built in 2001 consisting of 4 apartments with separate entrances. It is bright with modern layout and all furniture has been recently purchased. The decoration is traditionally elegant as it combines modern style with stylistic touches inspired by Epiru’s architectural tradition. * Guests have access to the courtyard where there is a kiosk and a private barbecue. * Dragon, the youngest member of the family, lives in the apartment building as well. He is a kind and gently little dog. He usually rambes freely in the yard unless there is an objection where he can stay in its specially designed space.

The reason I rent my personal space is because I want to raise some money for my first transatlantic trip. Moreover, it satisfies me to share with visitors the history and the well-kept secrets of my home region, which I believe has a rich but untapped natural, cultural and gastronomic heritage. I am an easy going individual who enjoys socializing and sharing experiences with new people. I consider myself studious and receptive to new perspectives. I like nature, traveling and reading, with a preference for History, Psychology and Self - Improvement books. I am also a big fan of anything that involves mountain and sea adventures, such as trekking, rafting, spearfishing, off road trips. I can organize or propose various outdoor activities in the broader region of Epirus since I have first hand experience.

The neighborhood is quiet and consists of small family apartment blocks. There is a bus stop 200 meters away with buses running to the city center every 30 minutes.
