Guests are required to show a valid photo ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Please inform Bamboo Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay at the property unless accompanied by their legal guardian included in the same reservation.

A damage deposit of €250 is required on arrival. This will be collected via credit card and is refundable upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.

For the comfort of all guests, the use of personal speakers or the playing of music is not permitted in public areas, including the pool area.

Bringing outside food or beverages into shared spaces, such as the pool area, is strictly prohibited.

Guests staying in rooms adjacent to the pool are kindly reminded that music and consumption of outside food or drinks are also not permitted on balconies or terraces. These activities are welcome only within the privacy of your room.

Appropriate swimwear is required at all times in the pool area.

Quiet hours apply from 23:00 to 09:00.
