The house is fully renovated and stylishly decorated. The house is at the first floor. It is located in a very safe neighborhood and it is just 5 minutes away from Evaggelismos metro station on foot. The Panathenaic stadium is only 10 minutes away on foot, the city center and Acropolis is 20 minutes away. Also the apartment is near the national gallery and the museums Goulandri and Benaki. Near, there is a supermarket and a bakery.
