Its most characteristic feature is the sculptural representation of Atlas in the northeast corner of the building. This is a one-of-a-kind plaster sculpture representation of Atlas holding the earth.

The glorious building is still an architectural jewel, and has now been fully renovated with total respect for its unique identity and design.
