Stunning views over the harbour, set within beautiful, mature gardens. Peaceful surroundings and just 5 minutes to the tavernas and boutiques of Vathy harbourside. Up 62 stairs (not steep) which gives you amazing views. Spacious, mature gardens and terraces to relax, admire the view. The villa is perfectly positioned to observe the stunning sunsets. Modern air-con and lovely shady areas.
I am a stained Glass Artist, and run an Artists Collective in a wee village in Scotland, I love traveling, swimming, walking. I love Greece and fell in love with it many years ago. I've owned property here for nearly ten years.
Five minutes to Vathy's famous harbour side and it's restaurants, shops and bars. There are four wonderful beaches within 20 minutes. The villa is in one of the oldest parts of Vathy, with the 62 traditional whitewashed steps taking you up to Antiklea, in it's amazing location and views across the harbour. The steps aren't steep and there's plenty of shady areas. There's no car access but a public car park is close to the bottom of the stairs. Parking isn't a problem.
