The town of the island is only 5 km away, with the traditional taverns with chants, the good restaurants and the best clubs of the island. Both young and old visitors can visit the museum of the loggerhead sea turtle, an endangered species, at a distance of 1 km from our accommodation. At a distance of a few meters from the museum is the spawning beach of the turtle. Of course we do not forget the church of Panagia Skopiotissa, 2km. from the accommodation, an amazing landscape for hiking or even for a carefree picnic overlooking the beautiful view of the island next to the historic site of the temple which dates back to 1650. For lovers of extreme sports, have the opportunity to try many from the species on the beaches of Vasilikos.
