The property is on the second floor of a stone house which was built on 1924 and was total renovated on 2018, it has spectacular view to the Venetian Harbor of Chania. No elevator.

The property is located in the heart of the Venetian Harbor of Chania. There are a lot of restaurants, bars coffee shops etc around. Additionally there are innumerable number and choices of shops (supermarkets, bakeries, clothes, local art, souvenirs etc.) Very close there are car and motorbike rental shops, the Bus station of Chania and taxis. Also many of the city's points of interest are within walking distance. The closest beach is a 15 min walk away.
