The building was built in two periods, the [two] ground floors were built in the 1920's; and the top [two] floors (a private residence) where built in 1957 for the famous Greek artist Spyros Vassiliou and his family. In 2004 the building was transformed into a museum until it closed to the public in 2016. Location, style and comfort make these apartments unique, fresh and convenient. The building is a few steps from the Acropolis entrance and Museum, making all of central Athens within walking distance.

We are a young Greek-American family who love Greece. We wish to offer a unique visit to those coming to Athens. We will share all the lesser known places to visit around town, besides all the popular and important attractions. We have both worked in the restaurant industry for over ten years and in hospitality since 2016. We believe in providing excellent service and helping enhance the experience of those visiting Athens. Acropolis neighborhood is one of the most popular areas in central Athens, and is the most accessible area to the Acropolis rock by car, bus and metro (stop Akropoli). Everything is within walking distance, with no time to lose, especially for those who are spending only a few days in Athens. Around the block are some lovely restaurants, cafes and bars. Please note that parties and/or gatherings exceeding the number of guests staying with us are not permitted. Especially for guests staying in the Garden Suite, its important to maintain city siesta laws when in the courtyard (afternoon 3pm-5:30pm and night 10:30pm-6am).
