Welcome to our dream home! Nick and Claudia are an unusual couple, to say the least! Nick, a british-texan, has always been drawn to the warm qualities of Latin and Caribbean cultures. Claudia a French-Caribbean born, after living in different places ended up in Chile in the mid-90’s where she met Nick. As serious travelers, together they have experienced many countries and cultures, always bringing back with them the dream of an exotic place where they could assemble all these images and experiences. A place they could call “their dream place”. For more than 20 years, Nick and Claudia have experienced the Caribbean every summer, always coming back to Guadeloupe, the place coined by Nick as the paradise where he would like to finish his days. Recently, Claudia stumbled upon their dream home: a 20-year old creole house perched over a lush hill with one of the most stunning views the island has to offer. The name Casa La Colline is in memory of their Spanish connections and Claudia’s French heritage and pretends to offer to clients a unique French-Caribbean experience, mixed with all the experiences they have acquired from their trips in different parts of the Globe.

Casa La Colline is a magnificent luxury villa for rent, in the French Caribbean island of Guadeloupe, located in Vieux-Fort, a charming and traditional fisherman's village. Nestled in a beautiful tropical park, on the slope of the Caraïbes Mountains, the house was built in the purest traditional style of the Creole homes and has recently been remodelled in a shabby Caribbean chic style. Our villa is a perfect getaway for groups, couples and friends featuring a 0.45 acres lush garden, 3 en-suite bedrooms, each of them with an ocean view, a TV/Library room, a salt-water pool, big open common spaces, and one of the most stunning ocean views of this part of the island. Located on top of a hill nestled in a quiet and lush environment, it offers an exceptional view of the stunning Les Saintes archipelago, the Caribbean sea, and a parade of cruise ships, sailboats, and sea birds. Nearby the villa, guests will find a diverse array of attractions including beaches, local food shacks and restaurants which have put Guadeloupe on the map for its acclaimed cuisine.
