The apartments are located in the most prestigious location of Gudauri, a 2-minute walk from the new gondola-type cable car GudAura, the Gudauri 2 ski lift 300 meters away, a cafe and a restaurant in the aparthotel on the ground floor. For children there is a tubing track with an escalator (for cheesecake riding) with free admission. The building has a guarded entrance, reception and ski depot with individual lockers. On the ground floor there is a paid pool. free basement parking
