Green Roof Inn has the look and feel of a classic Caribbean great house. In the main building are double and triple rooms and upstairs is our in-house restaurant the Ocean Terrace with marvelous sea views and sunsets. We focus on sustainable tourism so the menu is based on local produce, predominantly sea food, to reduce imports and support the local economy. In the heart of the garden, leading all the way to the sea, is our pavilion suitable for activities or lounge. There are two cottages nestled in the garden surrounded by flowers and fruit trees. For snorkel and swimming there are steps down to a small cove and also a dinghy dock for easy access to water taxis. Green Roof Inn is a very private little oasis. Once you pass through the gate you feel as if you have shut the rest of the world out.

There are lots of things to do on Carriacou. Many love a good hike in the hills with the spectacular views of the island and the ocean around others prefer to rent a car to explore the island and its many beaches. There are also trained tour guides that arrange appreciated bus tours around the island. If exploring the island itself is not enough the ocean around it offers great adventure. The coral reefs of Carriacou offers some of the best scuba-diving in the world. If snorkeling is enough for you, an all inclusive snorkel trip can be arranged. Carriacou is also famous for its traditional boat building and charter trips on a local sloop can be arranged as well as on conventional yachts if sailing is your desire.
