The Bungalow was built in the 1970s, it’s a 2-bedroom property suitable for 4 persons and a travel cot for a baby if required.
I have recently decorated and renewed everything in the property in a seaside maritime theme.
Easy going I don't like hassle or stress and try to avoid it like the plague.
I live locally, so I'm around if needed.
There is nothing unique about the area except its quiet, its a good base for St. Ives and other tourist areas.
I do like Birdies bistro in Lelant 2 miles down the road for lunch or evening meal, Good food there.
Salt Bar in Hayle is 5 miles away for evening food and a drink.
There is a grocery store 5 minutes’ walk away as well as a children’s play park also suitable for dogs. There is a train station 10 minutes’ walk away as well as bus stops, the nearest beach is Carbis Bay beach which is 2 minutes down the hill from the train station.
